Q. What if I do not show up, without deleting my reservation?
A. During the summer season (from 1st May to 30th September) if you do not delete your reservation and you do not show up, you will not be able to book online for the next 15 days. It is a sort of penalty, necessary because, due to the free reservation, in the past many people reserved a place and did not show up, therefore not allowing other people the possibility to enter the Park. Outside the summer season (from the 1st oct. to the 30rd April): you will not receive the penalty, but we hope you will respect others, by deleting your own your reservation, respecting the norms of access.
